Why Noor exists
Most agencies grow before they're ready. They take on more clients than they can serve well, hire fast to cover the gap, and quietly shift from doing great work to managing the appearance of great work. The output suffers.
We watched that pattern repeat and decided not to join it. Noor was built on a simple frustration: that digital work had become a transaction. Brief in, deliverable out.
We believed — and still believe — that a small team with full ownership over what it makes will always outperform a large one with divided responsibility. Because accountability produces better work than process does.
