01 — Engagement Terms
By engaging with Noor, you agree to a partnership based on clarity and mutual respect for the design process. Our services include brand identity, digital product design, and full-stack engineering.
02 — Intellectual Integrity
Unless otherwise negotiated, all creative output remains the property of Noor until final payment is secured. Upon completion, full usage rights are transferred to the client, while Noor retains the right to showcase the work as part of our studio portfolio.
03 — Project Scope
We operate as a high-focus studio. Changes to project scope must be documented and may result in adjustments to timelines and deliverables. We refuse to scale carelessly; therefore, timelines are firm but built to ensure the highest standard of craft.
04 — Limitation of Liability
Noor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital artifacts. We build for performance, but the digital landscape is dynamic and inherently variable.
